156.8 lbs
That's a -0.4 lbs loss...
I can do better this week...
My excuses:
Stress - Stress - Work - Stress... Too tired... Don't feel like it... Scared...
Today my big challence is to not get all depressed over the project I've been working on for the last 2 years finishing in 12 work days... It's the fall, things are changing, it's scary, I'm sad...
BOO HOO...
I know if I keep a stable schedule - wake up at the same time, exercise, eat well - it will make this change much easier - this time I don't want to fall into the easy trap of 'self-pity'... I won't allow myself to be sad, or depressed... Right this very second I'm already trying to fight it thinking - oh, I can give myself a day to be sad... NO!!! Be happy, it's a great time - I'm going to start on a new project!! There are tons more reasons to be happy about this change...
My trick for when I'm depressed like that is - don't listen to any sad music or movies. Find the happiest songs, hang out with energetic and positive people... Be positive!!
I plan on doing just that today...

A loss is a loss so great job! And now that you've written out your excuses it will be a lot harder to use them this week. Keep it up!
Good attitude...Yes, change is tough but you have a new project to look forward to. Deciding to be positive is a great way to start out!
Good luck with the Biggest Loser challenge!
Change can be scary, but good job focusing on the positives.
And I agree with Jeannie, a loss is a loss. It is one more step toward your goal. Good for you.
Great job on the loss!!!!
And I try to remind myself "You are what you surround yourself with". If I wanna be a happy, healthy, upbeat, making positive choices kind of person....I gotta surround myself with those kind of people!!!
Great job on the loss!! You are doing great - so just make those few changes and you will definitely do awesome!
Any loss on a not so full week 1 is a success my friend. You're going to do awesome :-)
Sometimes you can indeed "choose" to be happy and you are a wise woman for doing it ;-)

Just your ambition to get to 135 by december inspires me to no end! Think positive! You can do it.
Way to go! (My husband is a Frenchy, too -- I edit his English blog ;-))
so I was going to say "at least it's a loss" but then as I read the rest of your post it seemed like you were saying you didn't do your best this past week.
So instead I'm going to say "kick it up this week and show us big numbers (or at least a top notch effort) in the next week" How's that for tough love?:)
I like it better when you blog en Francais :P
