Not fair - why does it take so much effort to eat well to lose just a little bit, and the minute that you eat badly for a couple days, you gain a lot?
You know, I've been thinking - there are weeks when I know I'm headed for a gain, I'm not tracking and it's halfway through the week and I can chose to
A - start tracking and eat well
B - eat even more junk, thinking I've done a lot of damage already anyways...
I think it takes a lot of 'strength' and determination to track and 'be healthy' and all but I find it takes an even bigger effort to be in the middle of a bad week and turn things around. At least it is for me...
A thing that 'puzzles' me a bit is - on Weight Watchers - how do you start tracking properly in the middle of a week when you have no idea how many flex points you've used so far? I've often heard that you should always 'reset' right away, at the next meal... Understandable... The 'healthy' part of me wants to say - just remember what you ate and enter everything in the tool - the 'lazy' part of me wants to say - there's no way I can remember everthing I ate and I should just pretend I'm out of 'flex' or even better, I should just start counting again next week...
How do you deal with that kind of situation?

I always just use my points target for the day and eat activity points if I need extra...and then tell myself to remember next week it's just easier to stay on plan! HAHA
