So I decided to keep it simple and only have 1 weigh in a week, and that will be the Monday, as my WW weigh in and my week is all set up for Mondays. It says on the sisterhood's site that it's ok to weigh in on a different day, so long as you report on the Wednesday...
So I am at 148.8 lbs.
So far this week I've been pretty, um, distracted by snacks and yummy but not good for you foods... I plan to turn this around and stick to my points and exercise for the rest of the week. I need progress!! Yeah!!
So tonight, I'm going to eat some chicken from the Q (leftovers from yesterday) with a tiny little bit of fries (I'm going to investigate how many fries I can have first based on the nutrition info, and then eat...) Also, I was shopping to find Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD this weekend but couldn't find it. I came across this other DVD of hers, it was cheap, so I thought I'd give it a try. Review to come tomorrow...
They finished installing a second machine for me to work on today, and I'm running it right now, this is going to make me so much more productive!!! I'm so excited!!! Finally I feel like there's light at the end of the tunnel!!
I also realized yesterday, in one of my many 'sessions' of thinking about work and all, that I only have to work on this for a year, then it's over. It's only a year... It's not that bad... I need to focus on that right now, there's an end to it and it's not that far...

congrats on the loss. i've been looking for the shred too. it's on amazon.ca but so much cheaper on the .com site - i'm hoping i can find a better deal in a store.
Hi Cinemarie. Sorry to hear work is still so stressful. (J'ai lu votre blog en francais, aussi). But that's great that the scale is moving in the right direction!
